Firefox Extensions For Web Professionals (Discovery #4 – FireFTP)

Like you, most web developers and SEO professionals, I use an array of tools to get my work on the web done and one of the “must haves” for any web developer is a good FTP application.

FireFTP ( https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/684/ ) is a free, secure, cross-platform FTP client that provides easy and intuitive access to FTP servers. This eliminates a piece of software for those of you who use a separate program for FTP.

Along with transferring your files quickly and efficiently, FireFTP also includes more advanced features such as: directory comparison, syncing directories while navigating, SFTP, SSL encryption, search/filtering, integrity checks, remote editing, drag & drop, file hashing, and much more!

This particular program is also very intuitive to use (unlike some).
