Setting the Default Language Dictionary for Microsoft Office 2003

To set the default language dictionary for Microsoft 2003 follow this procedure:
Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings

The Microsoft Office 2003 Language Settings window will open where you can enable or disable the languages required.

Select the Enabled Languages tab.
Select the languages you require from the Available languages selection box on the left and click the Add button.
To remove a language, select the language to be removed in the Enabled languages box on the right and click the Remove button.
To set the Primary editing language, the default language to be used in all Microsoft Office programs, select it from the drop down menu at the bottom.
When you’re finished click the OK button and you’re done.
